Who we are

Who are we?…

One of life’s big philosophical questions and one that we will all ask ourselves at some point in our lives; along with others like: Why are we here? What is our purpose? How do we lead a more meaningful life?

Our founding principle is that all the mysteries of the universe and our existence lie within each of us. We are a resource for those who want to better understand themselves and their place in the universe. We produce content and provide educational tools for those who are looking for a better way to live and raise their level of consciousness. For those who are lost and looking to connect, we are a community. We are Ourcana

Every decision we make
is shaped by a clear sense of purpose.

-The Five Pillars of Ourcana

1. Recover

Recovery is the foundation upon which everything else is built.

This is your most important pillar. Without recovery, nothing else works. Ourcana isn't about escaping life—it's about restoring yourself so you can fully engage with it.

Recovery includes:

  • Sleep quality

  • Stress reduction

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Physical recovery

  • Mental clarity

  • Emotional resilience

2. Move

Movement is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what it isn't.

Movement isn't about earning your food or chasing a certain body type. It's about building strength, mobility, energy, and confidence for everyday life.
